Privacy policy
We collect as little as possible. This website has no user accounts, sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. This policy explains, in plain words, what is processed when you visit it or write to us, and the rights you have.

1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for processing your personal data in connection with this website is:
- Company
- HOCHDORF Laboratories SA
- Address
- Siedereistrasse 9, 6280 Hochdorf, Switzerland
- Privacy questions
- hello@nutrimilk.com
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the website nutrimilk.ch in all its language versions. It is written to meet the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to you, the additional information in section 10 applies as well.
Websites of retailers, distributors or other third parties that we link to have their own privacy policies.
3. When you visit the website
To deliver the pages to your device and to keep the website secure, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data with each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, and your browser and operating system.
We use this data only to deliver the website, to detect and prevent misuse and to fix errors. It is not combined with other data and is deleted by the hosting provider after a short period.
4. Audience statistics
To understand which pages are useful, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It works without cookies and does not follow you across other websites. To count a visit, it uses a short-lived value derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so we cannot recognise you on a later day.
We only see aggregated figures: the pages viewed, the referring website, the country or region, and the type of device, browser and operating system. We cannot identify you from them.
You can exclude this browser from the statistics at any time with the switch below. Your choice is saved in your browser only.

5. When you write to us
The contact form on this website sends nothing by itself: it only prepares an email in your own email app, which you then decide to send. While you fill it in, your draft is kept in your browser only, so it is not lost if you leave the page.
When you write to us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, your baby's age range, the topic and your message. We use them only to answer you and to follow up on your request.
If your question concerns a product in your country, we may pass it on to the authorised Nutrimilk distributor there, so that they can answer you. We only do so to handle your request.
Please do not send us medical details about yourself or your child. For health questions, your doctor, midwife or pharmacist is the right person to ask. If you do share such details, we use them only to answer you and treat them with particular care.
6. What is stored in your browser
This website sets no cookies. It only keeps a few technical values in your own browser, which are never sent to us:
- the draft of the contact form, until you send it or clear it;
- your position on the page when you switch language, removed as soon as the new page has opened;
- your choice to exclude this browser from the statistics, if you made it.
7. Who receives data
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with providers who work on our behalf and under our instructions, and only as far as necessary:
- hosting and audience statistics: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA;
- email: our email service provider, to receive and answer your messages;
- if needed to answer you: companies of our group and the authorised distributor in your country.
8. Data processed outside Switzerland
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., is based in the United States and may process data in other countries. Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the Swiss Federal Council recognises as providing adequate protection, and its data processing agreement includes the standard contractual clauses as an additional safeguard.
If we pass your request on to a distributor in a country whose data protection the Federal Council has not recognised as adequate, we do so only because it is necessary to handle your request, or with your consent.
9. How long we keep data
- technical request data: a short period at our hosting provider, then deleted;
- audience statistics: only aggregated figures are kept, with no information that identifies you;
- your messages: as long as needed to answer you and follow up, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer;
- values in your browser: until you clear them (the language switch value is removed automatically).
10. If you are in the European Union
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure and useful website and in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), the steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b)) and, where we ask for it, your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
11. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the law, you have the right to:
- know whether we process data about you, and receive a copy of it;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted, or object to its processing;
- receive data you gave us in a common electronic format;
- withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it.
- To exercise them
- hello@nutrimilk.com
12. Security
The website is only served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We and our providers take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unauthorised access.
13. Children
This website is meant for parents, caregivers and health professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies; the date at the top shows when it last changed.
This page exists in English and French. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
